Interior design for women founders moving their brand from digital to physical.
You’ve built a cult following online. Now you’re ready for a space that feels just as intimate, magnetic, and commercially on point.
I design emotionally intelligent interiors that seduce, sell, and convert — using customer psychology, spatial strategy, and the precision of brand thinking.
Studio Eight Seven Nine is an interior design studio building emotionally intelligent retail spaces for independent brands making their first move from digital to Brick-and-mortar.
We work with independent brands led by sharp, culture-savvy women, often in fashion, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle, who’ve built something meaningful online, and are now ready to create a space that feels just as clear, intimate, and commercially on point.
Our approach is strategic and emotionally precise, designed to reflect the way your brand already moves, speaks, and sells.
We don’t decorate. We design spaces that hold attention, build trust, and behave like the brand.
The decoration comes after.
A beautiful store that doesn’t convert is a liability.
But a space that’s emotionally intelligent?
That’s brand equity — in square footage.
The Murky Middle
You’ve built the brand. You know her. You know what she buys, when she buys, how she buys.
But turning that into a physical space — one that performs as well as your product does online — is where things start to get murky.
You’re juggling contractors, moodboards, landlords, Pinterest references, everyone asking for “final answers.”
Meanwhile, no one’s talking about the one thing that matters: her behaviour.
If your space doesn’t shape how she feels, it won’t shape how she moves. And if it doesn’t shape how she moves, it won’t shape what she buys.
That’s why I design for emotional conversion — the moment your customer goes from interested to invested. Because every purchase is an emotional decision. And great design makes that decision feel inevitable.
Before you build the space, build the strategy.
Because beauty alone won’t move the needle.
By the time paint samples are on the table, most founders have already locked in layouts, lighting, and lease terms — with no clear plan for how the space should actually perform.
Likes, launch buzz, even footfall, they don’t convert without structure.
It’s easy to think offline is just your brand, but IRL.
But the real shift is behavioural: how she walks, browses, buys, and how your space earns back every square inch.
Let’s make sure it sells like it’s meant to.
Hi, I’m Eunice founder of Studio Eight Seven Nine.
Before I ever called myself an interior designer, I was learning retail from the inside — selling on the shop floors of Dolce & Gabbana, La Perla, and Miu Miu. Watching how people move, hesitate, engage — and what makes them buy.
That’s where I learnt the difference between browsing and buying. And how space, service, and sales psychology all work together.
Studio Eight Seven Nine is my answer to the gaps I saw — beautiful stores that didn’t convert, and brilliant founders left disappointed.
Today, I design spaces that think like your brand does: sharp, strategic, and emotionally precise.
Because a store isn’t just where she buys.
It’s where she believes she belongs.
Where We Work Best
Four types of founder-led spaces we design with purpose and precision.
Concept Stores
Clarity sells.
We create brand-led environments that hold attention and guide decision-making — not just displays, but full-sensory stories.
Wellness Studios
Stillness with structure.
From floorplans to finishes, we design for nervous systems, not just neutral tones. Spaces that help people exhale and engage.
Pop-Ups & Launch Spaces
Short-term, long memory.
Whether it’s your first foray into physical or a statement activation, we design experiences that build connection — and drive conversion.
Beauty Bars & Boutique Salons
It’s not how it looks. It’s how she sees herself inside it.
From booking flow to layout and lighting, we craft environments that blend beauty with business. Your space should work as well as it looks.
Emotion drives behaviour.
In-store, that’s the difference between “just browsing” and “ready to buy.”
We design for that exact moment.
